Care and use:
- From time to time check and tighten nobs on the pan lid.
- For maximum energy efficiency lid should be left on during cooking.
- Do not allow pan to boil dry and the aluminum core can become molten and this will severely damage your pan.
- Before cooking remove all packaging and wash with warm soapy water.
- Avoid using abrasive cleaners on the pan like steel wool.
- Make sure you do not use a heat ring larger than the pan.
- Allow the pan to cool before immersing in water.
- Keep handles away from cooker edge and burners.
- Do not use excessive temperature.(temperatures above 350 degrees will damage and discolour your pan)
- Wooden or nylon tools are recommended.
- Always use oven glove when touching the handles or the lid.
Cleaning:
- To keep the pan in great condition wash them as soon as they have cooled down after cooking. Hot soapy water with household detergent and a soft cloth is adequate.
- If you have baked on food then allow the pan to soak.
